Frequently Asked Questions

  1. How long will it take to receive my order once it has been placed?
    Orders generally take around 7-10 business days from when we receive them to when we ship them out. We strive to be quicker, however sometimes there are delays. We do our best to to announce any delays on the home page of the site, so please check there for any current announcements. 
  2. What is a business day? 
    A business day is Monday to Friday, from 8 am EST to 5 pm EST. Please note that we observe Federal Holidays and are closed on those days. If you order after 5 pm, your order will be processed the start of the next business day. Orders placed on weekends will be processed start of business Monday. 

  3. Do you ship internationally? 
    Yes. However customers are responsible for any fees or taxes that customs may require. If for some reason you are unable to order, please email us at help@jakeofall.com
  4. Why hasn't my order arrived? 
    If it has been 10 business days and you do not have an email that confirms shipping, please first check your spam/junk/filtered/other. A lot of times the shipping confirmation (as well as the "your order is being processed" email) get filtered out. If it HASN'T been 10 business days, and we haven't personally reached out to you to let you know of any delays affecting your order, please be patient. 

    If it has been 10 business days AND you have a shipping confirmation- please check with your post office/carrier. Sometimes they will mark things as delivered 24 hours or more prior to actually delivering. Also please check with any neighbors or mail rooms your package may have been delivered to. We understand not being able to find your package is frustrating- unfortunately we have no control over this situation. Every order is shipped with insurance.   5. I have an idea and I'd like to talk to Jake about it. 
    To schedule a time to go over your idea with Jake, please email us at help@jakeofall.com. Please note, there is a deposit required to schedule a call ($25). Calls are approximately 15-20 minutes in length. Whether you just want input, or you want something designed- please designate when you send your email. We will send you an invoice with potential dates/times. 
     
  6. Help! My order is incorrect/defective/broken!
    We understand this can be frustrating. To ensure efficiency in handling your issue, please email us at orders@jakeofall.com with your order number, the name the order was placed under, photos of the issue (and/or video), and any other information you feel is necessary. We do our best to respond within 24 hours for issues like this. If it has been more than 24 hours and you have not seen a response from us, please message us on the site letting us know you emailed. Sometimes messages get flagged as spam and diverted before we even have a chance to see them. Also. Please be sure to email us and not just leave a review stating the issue- reviews are not monitored daily. 

  7. I never received instructions with my order- how do I install/assemble this?
    We have switched to a completely digital delivery system for all instruction guides and templates. You will have received an email upon ordering- please check your spam/junk/other. If after searching you still don't see it, please email us at help@jakeofall.com and we will email you a copy. 

  8. I have a file I'd like printed. Can you help? 
    Depending on the type of license the STL file has- we may be able to help. Please email us at help@jakeofall.com. 

  9. I'd like to return my order. What are my options? 
    Due to the custom nature of 3D printing- all sales are final. Some items are able to be exchanged- customers are responsible for any price difference + shipping. Email us at orders@jakeofall.com
